Really enjoyed my time at the hotel, thank you very much. The breakfast was enjoyable, fantastic with quick grab, steak and a meal for 3 cheapest option. Every staff member I met was willing to help.

The rooms are well-stocked, top-notch, and come with a storage and a writing desk. The place has amazing location on to the Restaurants.

The location was stunning, really close to the `` fancy '' restaurants, a free-for-all water park and the sundry shop and easily accessible. The staff was willing to help with any little detail.

The breakfast was very good and delicious, for a meal for 3 cheapest option and the staff was incredible. We got a room with a rain shower.

The setting was terrible.

Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was enjoyable. Extremely competent staff from the check-in to check-out, which was unquestionably a plus. Overall it was new-fashioned and nice styled with a bathtub for our young children. We really enjoyed the breakfast served at the restaurant.

Ideal, clean hotel with exceptionally nice and extremely accommodating personnel at the reception desk. Fantastic breakfast with a great selection of fantastic food. Marvellous location in the area of service. Also - next to the other well known Temple known as " Atlantis ", the restaurant and casino, and the pools / beach.

The service was exceptional and the location was great. The restaurant here was modern with romantic atmosphere, we both ordered excellent dishes. The employees were immensely pleasant and accommodating.

Fairly clean, trendy boutique hotel, I truly enjoyed exquisite and airy rooms and extremely competent staff. Had very very good breakfasts for a meal for 3 cheapest option. The property had a remote setting on an island that has pretty much everything imported. It was also not far from the Bahamas for vacation and nightlife other than the casino.

Remote location was a plus. The room was spotless and silent with the balcony, 2 queen beds and learn about every facet of the resort – very convenient, at least for me.

The venue's position was remote. We ate at a really great restaurant with tranquil and romantic ambiance. The staff were best, decent, would stay here again.

Overall the service was accommodating!

grand hyatt in nassau was exceptional. the staff was friendly and accommodations were outstanding. the pools and restaurants were beautiful, especially the delicious breakfasts. the gym and shuttle service were great additions, and the wifi even reached the beach. overall, one of the most relaxing trips i've had in a long time.

The staff here are very hospitable and the location is perfect. The restaurant is great for large groups of people and they provide excellent customer service. It's convenient to have parking available on-site. The main bar is lively and the pool is fantastic.

Spent 7 nights here with my two teenagers, had an excellent stay overall. Nice building, I loved spotless rooms. A minibar, flat-screen TV and a coffeemaker were a huge plus. Its location was stunning, near to the beach and Nassau. Furthermore, in a restaurant.
